Introduction - Purpose

Epic Stock Media is an online platform for cataloging, searching and downloading a wide variety of audio files. Based in Franklin (Nashville), TN, USA, we specialize in providing high-quality audio assets tailored for 3D game environments, film, cinematic trailers, immersive audio and more. Epic Stock Media products provide the ability to search through catalogs of audio files and download various sound effects, clips, and samples. The purpose is to empower customers with cost effective tools that inspire creativity and make it faster and easier to create high quality interactive audio content.

The purpose of the Epic Stock Media SFX Cloud Vault is to make widely available an online tool and content that makes finding sounds faster and easier and eliminates the need for cumbersome local cataloging and storage of such files. Products such as SFX Cloud Vault overcome the limitations and inefficiency that are inherent in using common search and find software that is included with standard OS file navigation systems.

Epic Stock Media Cloud Vault offerings are designed to replace the need for local and archival storage, allowing you to access and use your downloaded files directly from Cloud Vault when you need them. Creating a local backup of the files, creating an archive of the Cloud Vault catalog and file storage that is intended to secure perpetual use of the audio assets is expressly prohibited by these Terms of Service. Epic stock Media Cloud Vault offerings are intended to eliminate the need for local and archival storage and backup of file assets. Audio files are to be downloaded and stored locally as needed, specifically and only for use and incorporation into customer’s (sync) projects. Downloading and storing files for perpetual use, archival storage of the catalog, and backup of files that are not incorporated into customer’s projects is not permitted. Epic Stock Media monitors usage of the system and as such, and in certain instances limits to downloading may apply to certain Cloud Vault accounts. Furthermore, a user’s violation of These Terms of Service may result in account termination at the sole discretion of Epic Stock Media.

Customers desiring to store large volumes of Epic Stock Media Content on their local computers should consider product offerings by Epic Stock Media such as the Epic Stock Media Master Vault which presents the complete catalog of audio assets including SFX, loops, cinematics and music clips and samples. Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of the Epic Stock Media website, including members who have paid a membership fee. By visiting and using the Epic Stock Media website, you signify your assent to both these Terms of Service and the Epic Stock Media Privacy Policy.

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent. If you subscribe to our various subscription plans (“Vaults”), you will be charged subscription fees, which are listed on our website. The Subscription Fees will be billed according to your subscription plan (for example: monthly, or annually). The Subscriptions and their billing cycles will be listed and described on the website.

The Subscription Fees will automatically renew each billing cycle based on your Subscription term. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge you on each billing cycle according to your chosen subscription plan.

It’s OK to cancel your Subscription at any time. If you cancel your Subscription after you have been billed for your specific Subscription’s current billing cycle, then that Subscription Fee will not be refunded to you. However, you will still have access to the Subscription Content until the end of your specific Subscription’s billing cycle. All sales are final and there are no refunds issued.

Purchases from Epic Stock Media may be refunded within fifteen (15) calendar days, under the following conditions:

Refunds are issued at Epic Stock Media's sole discretion.
